Work at Camp Hudson
Passionate about innovative thinking, inspiring creativity, and working with kids? Love the design thinking process and making? At Camp Hudson, we strive to create the kind of summer where big ideas come to life!
We’re looking for individuals who thrive in open-ended learning environments and are excited about the challenges they present. Whether you’re a master maker who can turn recycled materials into awe-worthy builds that draw a crowd, or someone who patiently guides a camper through their very first prototype, we want to meet you. Our goal is to build a well-rounded, eclectic team that children of all personalities can relate to, trust, and build meaningful relationships with.
What matters most to us is a genuine focus on the kids. We believe that children are whole people with important things to say, and we’re searching for the rare breed of educators, makers, builders, listeners, and explorers who can navigate the social-emotional needs of children with care and confidence.
Summers at Camp Hudson are nothing short of magical. We intentionally keep our camper numbers small, creating a close-knit environment where staff and campers can play, learn, and bring incredible creative projects to life together.
If this sounds like the kind of place you’d love to work, we invite you to apply and join our creative, collaborative team!
