Work at Camp Hudson

Hello! We’re so glad you're here! Summers at Hudson Lab School are magical. We limit the number of campers so that the teachers, builders and mentors who work at Camp Hudson can play alongside campers and build amazing creative projects together!

We are looking for a rare breed of maker/ builder/ listener/ explorer who is as comfortable with their craft as they are with navigating the social emotional needs of six-year-olds. We are looking for candidates with experience in open-ended learning environments and the challenges they present. It is essential that you firmly believe children are already whole people with important things to say.

We seek to create a well-rounded group and are as eager to talk to bombastic makers as we are to talk to educators with 35 years of experience. We are as eager to talk to master storytellers that can handle a crowd as we are to talk to quiet listeners who will take the time to get to know the shyest camper. We welcome you to apply and join our creative and collaborative team!
